Refund/Cancellation Policy

Payment Structure:

  • Clients are obligated to remit the total contract value in advance.
  • Project initiation is contingent upon the receipt of said payment.

Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Clients shall be entitled to a 14-day money-back guarantee.
  • Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of the commencement of the Requirements Phase or before its completion, whichever event occurs first.

Refund Process:

  • Upon the determination of eligibility for a refund, the Company shall promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor.
  • It is explicitly stated that the Company lacks control over its payment processor and, consequently, is unable to expedite the processing of any refunds.

Retainer Subscribers:

  • Refunds are expressly precluded for clients who have subscribed to retainers.
  • Cancellation requests may be submitted at any juncture, with no additional charges applicable post-retainer expiration.
  • Services may be availed until the expiration of the retainer period.

Discretionary Refunds:

  • All refund considerations are within the Company’s discretion.
  • Refunds shall not be facilitated for:
    • Requests submitted after fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.
    • Requests made subsequent to the completion of the Requirements Phase.
    • Requests submitted after the utilization of an included non-refundable coaching service.

Disagreements on Disciplinary Action:

  • In the event that a member disputes the Company’s disciplinary action against another member and seeks a refund, the Company reserves the right to deny such requests.
  • Sole discretion is vested in the Company for determining disciplinary measures, as delineated in the Terms of Use (TOU).

Clients, by engaging with the Company’s services, explicitly acknowledge and consent to abide by the terms enunciated in this Refund/Cancellation Policy. The Company retains the right to update or modify this Policy at its sole discretion, and clients are strongly encouraged to periodically review it for any revisions.
