How do you work?
There are 3 phases to how I work:
  1. Phase 1: Pre-Setup Phase
  • This phase involves you and your team to fill out a questionnaire so we can assess the current level of challenges they are facing within the business.
  1. Phase 2: Setup Phase
    1. Workflow Mapping: We do a workshop together to identify all your current challenges, all the processes that you want to improve; all the different apps that you use and how you want them to speak to ClickUp, understand the task routing and assignment; understanding the scope for templates, automations, and dashboards.
    2. System Architecture: This is when based on Step 1, I will design how your ClickUp should be structured.
    3. Implementation: This is when I will implement the structure proposed in Step 2. This phase also includes:
      1. Sequential demos
      2. Integrations
      3. Any changes/revisions that you might have, and
      4. Training for the team so everyone feels comfortable using the new ClickUp.
  2. Phase 3: Post Setup Phase
  • This phase involves filling out the same questionnaire from Phase 1 and analyzing the success of the project.

How much time does it take to build a system?

Depending upon what you want to accomplish in your system, the time could vary from a few weeks to a few months.
